One of the most beautiful sights on my recent diving trip to the Red Sea was this shoal of Barracuda. We came across them circling at the end of the reef, and dropped into the middle of the shoal so they were circling us in a ring. They are the most amazing sight, swimming endlessly round like a very well-coordinated gang of sinister-looking thugs.
